Submission of Applications for the Crafts Award Competition and the World Music Award Competition

The application campaign for the Crafts Award and the World Music Award Competitions of the XXI International Festival of World Music and Crafts "WORLD of Siberia" will last until March 31, 2025.

We invite professional and amateur bands, world music and dance solo performers, craftsmen of decorative and applied art to take part in the creative competitions. In total, the competition program includes nineteen nominations for adult and children's groups, as well as solo performers.

The competition is open to participants from anywhere in the world, there are no registration fees. Moreover, the festival organizers cover meals and accommodation expenses for the main round participants. Please, get acquainted with the participation terms and send your applications in any convenient format: on the website, by mail or by e-mail.

Performers must attach video recordings to their application, and artists must send photographs of their work. Based on these materials, experts will determine sixty-three nominees who will compete for the festival's main prize — the bronze “MIRA” Cup and a prize of 300 thousand rubles — in front of an audience of thousands.

The authoritative jury is headed by the famous folklorist, musician and producer Sergei Starostin and the recognized ceramic artist, professor Alexander Migas.

Let us remind you that the XXI International Festival of World Music and Crafts "WORLD of Siberia" will be held in Shushenskoye (Krasnoyarsk region) from July 10 to 13. Admission to all festival events is free.
